Our Lady of Joy Annual Healing Mass

Join us on Sat, Feb 3 at 11:00am in the church for our annual Mass coincides with The World Day of the Sick, instituted by St John Paul II, in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes memorial. We are encouraged to join with our entire world family to pray for the needs of all who are sick and suffer physically or emotionally or spiritually, and their family members, caregivers, healthcare workers. Those attending who wish to be anointed by our priests with the holy oils will come forward after the homily. We will return to our pews to pray with gratitude for such a gift, as we wait for Mass to continue.

Reconciliation is highly recommended for proper disposition for the anointing. Our priests will be available for this sacrament from 10:00am to 10:50am. As we have been blessed in the last few years, the Knights and Dames of the Order of Malta will join us again. They will celebrate Mass with us and share Holy Water from Lourdes in vials that they have brought back from pilgrimage there. (One vial for each family.)
