We all have our own ways to deal with loss in our lives. Do you throw yourself into work or activities? Exercise more? Isolate yourself? Travel? Go shopping? Drink more? Whether we realize it or not, most of us have learned how to grieve – or not – by what we lived and witnessed growing up. And many of us didn’t necessarily learn effective or healthy coping strategies. We do the best with what we know. But what do we know?
